Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Gjallr, including account access, acceptable use, and how service changes are handled.
These terms apply when you create an account, accept an invitation, or otherwise access Gjallr. If you use the service on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Using Gjallr
Gjallr provides incident-management workflows, alert intake, routing, and related operational tooling. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in ways that do not disrupt the platform or other customers.
Eligibility and workspace ownership
You must provide accurate signup and workspace information, keep it up to date, and avoid creating misleading identities or impersonating another person, team, or company. The organization that controls a workspace is responsible for deciding who may access it and what permissions those users receive.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit during onboarding, the security of your credentials, and the actions taken through your workspace. Keep access credentials confidential and notify your team promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Customer content and operational data
You retain responsibility for the alerts, integrations, escalation policies, contacts, and other operational data you submit to the service. You grant Gjallr the limited right to process that information only as needed to host the product, secure the platform, and deliver the workflows you configure.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to transmit unlawful content, interfere with platform operations, probe for unauthorized access, or attempt to bypass service limits or security controls. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect the platform, other users, or the integrity of the service.
- Do not upload or transmit content that violates law or infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt alert delivery, routing, authentication, or customer isolation boundaries.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or probe for unauthorized access.
Third-party services and integrations
Gjallr can connect to third-party identity providers, alert sources, and delivery channels. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the terms and policies of the relevant provider, and Gjallr is not responsible for outages or policy changes in those external systems.
Service changes
We may update features, security controls, and supporting infrastructure as the product evolves. When changes materially affect how the service works, we will reflect those updates in the product or supporting documentation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access if needed to investigate abuse, enforce these terms, respond to security events, or prevent harm to the service or other customers. You may stop using the service at any time, and your workspace administrators remain responsible for removing users who should no longer have access.
